Ticket counterfeiting is a criminal offense.

Once the ticket has been scanned or torn off, it cannot be used or returned.

Senior discount - persons over 65 years of age - valid on the day of reaching the age of 65.

Student discount – with a valid ID up to 26 years of age.

Disabled/Private persons have one free companion with their ticket.

The exhibition is suitable and adapted for wheelchair users.

For safety reasons, the number of wheelchair users may be limited.

Keep your ticket in a safe place.

Each ticket is equipped with a barcode and a control strip, which will be checked by a reading device or torn off by a responsible employee upon entry.

In case of damage, destruction, loss or theft, the ticket will not be replaced with a new one and no other compensation will be provided.

The organizer is not responsible for problems and damages caused by unauthorized copying of the ticket.

In the event of cancellation of the event, it is necessary to claim a refund at the place where the ticket was purchased.

Reimbursement of special expenses (e.g. hotel, transport) is not provided.

The ticket holder agrees that photographs, films or video recordings from the exhibition premises in which he or she is present may be used by the organizer without financial compensation.

Paid entrance and service fees are not refundable, the ticket cannot be exchanged!
